After police detective Lau is ambushed and killed, his friend Pitt vows to get the killer. A series of investigation follows. Pitt finally finds an eyewitness to the killing - Fatty who is persuaded to testify against Tiger the killer. But Tiger attacks. Pitt arrests Tiger. But Superintendent Chiang frees Tiger and removes Pitt from the case. Then Tiger firebombs Fatty's residence.
